Brocard Pierre vinifies every one of his parcels for this vintage wine in separate barrels, developing them individually. Only once he believes the wines are complete he goes into the blending process, trying to find the perfect balance of body, acidity and flavour. Located in the southern part in Cote des Bars, these wines have plenty of body and are incredibly food friendly.
