September 6th | Winemaker dinner with Chono Winery of Chile
Camilo Viani, the chief winemaker at Chono Vineyards, a winery named after one of the toughest, bravest native tribes of Chile, that was the only one to resist the conquests of Spain during colonization. The vines are planted in the toughest soils, making them fight for survival, same as the Chono did, emphasizing their character with their roots dug deep beneath the earth of Chile’s Maipo Valley. Camilo will guide us through a 4-course menu designed around his multi-award winning wines.
