It sounds funny, and so we thought as well. But then we met Andreas, and then we met his cider. Now…. We know you have tried cider before, but this is unlike anything we’ve ever had the privilege of trying. Andreas is not making beer-type cider, but wine-type cider. The whole process of his cidermaking is based on winemakers, using same techniques as the finest wineries use, from oak aging, malo-lactic fermentation, aging… He puts a lot of effort into showcasing the typicity of Swedish terroir and the finest apples. We loved his cider so much, we decided to make a whole dinner around it. For those of you looking for something out of the ordinary and to get you into that holiday spirit, you cannot miss this event.
